How your Christmas campaign works

  • Define funding topic and funding budget

    The funding budget is determined individually and a specific funding environment can be defined on request. For example, projects for environmental protection, emergency aid for children, social projects or others.

  • We create an individual campaign page

    Based on the requests, we will create a Christmas campaign page on which projects from the specific funding environment can register. You decide who can submit projects.

  • Crowdfunding campaigns launch during the Christmas season

    The registered projects collect donations over a defined period. The projects receive additional support from the funding budget you set. For example, incoming donations can be doubled.

  • Donations instead of gifts

    Employees receive a Christmas gift in the form of donations that can be used to support projects and purchase rewards.

  • In contrast to traditional sponsorship (RoI 1:1), Fairplaid partners can multiply the budget used in the added value of the media and sponsorship value and promotion (⌀ RoI 1:6).

DKB heart's desire

DKB has a tradition of not giving pre-Christmas gifts to customers and partners. It prefers to fulfill heartfelt wishes! Since 2017, €100,000 has been donated to charitable projects every Christmas. DKB has been implementing the Christmas campaign with Fairplaid since 2022.

In 2023, for example, EUR 262,402 was generated for 62 social and ecological projects from EUR 100,000 in funding from Deutsche Kreditbank AG.

Zwickauer Energieversorgung GmbH is attracting a lot of attention with its Christmas campaign. 534 additional supporters were activated, ensuring significantly more visibility and budget for the campaign.

The Fairplaid Crowd mechanism turns a Christmas budget of 3,000 euros into 44,935 euros for 7 charitable projects.

Wishing tree campaign

Around 150 children from Wiesbaden wrote down their Christmas wishes, which ESWE Versorgungs AG fulfilled together with its employees. As godparents, the employees were able to choose and finance a gift as part of the Wishing Tree project. Half of the gift was paid for by ESWE Versorgungs.

All 150 of the children's wishes were fulfilled.
