Stadtwerke Erfurt multiplies its sponsorship budget
As part of the Christmas campaign on Stadtwerke Erfurt's crowdfunding platform, Stadtwerke Erfurt increased the budget of EUR 1,980 to EUR 13,436 for social projects in Erfurt through the crowd mechanism and was able to distribute 6.8 times the funding budget with the help of the crowd. At the same time, visibility and impact increased significantly.
Stadtwerke Erfurt has been a Fairplaid partner since 2022 and operates its own white-label platform, ErfurtCrowd. As part of the municipal crowdfunding initiative, which Fairplaid launched together with VKU Verlag and Steilpass, Stadtwerke Erfurt enables projects to collect support via the platforms, which is subsidized by a funding pot.
This low-threshold support has positive effects for both the projects and the partner.
