Professional sport meets funding pot: integrating existing commitments into the crowd.

How can I use my involvement in professional sport to make other sponsorship activities visible?

This is exactly what Stadtwerke Stuttgart is now achieving with its commitment to the Bundesliga handball club TVB Stuttgart.
The campaign, developed together with FAIPRLAID, combines Stadtwerke's premium partnership with its commitment to popular sports on the Stuttgart Crowd.

But how exactly does that work?
TVB wins 27:26 against Bergischer HC. Sounds like an exciting game already. But it gets even better, because the goals scored also activate sponsorship. For every TVB goal scored, Stadtwerke filled the sponsorship pot on the crowd with 100 euros. In the end, the amount was rounded up and €3,000 was added to the campaign on the Stadtwerke Stuttgart Crowd, in which all sustainable heart's desire projects from Stuttgart can participate in April and May 2024.

What are the benefits of the campaign for Stadtwerke?

Strengthening identification and regionality. TVB is a regional figurehead in handball and attracts thousands of people to the arena at the weekend. With every goal scored, the handball players collect money for the crowd, i.e. for their fans. This strengthens identification and cohesion.

Generating synergies and attention. Combining small and large-scale sponsorship creates synergy effects and increases awareness. A larger target group can be addressed during the sporting highlight. By linking this to the goals scored for the fans, the appeal is emotionalized.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to link your sponsorship activities emotionally and effectively!
